When should I take her to er?

I noticed Thursday that my 2 year old daughter was getting sick cause she started coughing. Then Friday she got a lot worse and Saturday I ended up taking her to a walk-in clinic and she tested positive for RSV. Well today is Monday and she is 10 times worse than she was Friday or Saturday. She's constantly whining, throwing up, fever, cough, runny nose, and she's got no appetite. She did have a very wet cough but the walk-in clinic prescribed her some kind of medicine for all the phlegm in the back of her throat and it's made her cough very dry. And almost every time she coughs she will throw up now. We laid down in bed around 10: 00pm last night and I could not get her to go to sleep until after 4: 00am. She would lay there and then start coughing and wake up whining for hours. Should I take her to children's hospital?
