Baby congestion

Alright guys. My baby girl is 4 months old and SUPER congested. She hasn’t had a fever, she’s still eating, & peeing/pooping normally. But y’all this poor girl can barley breath. And I’ve done everything. I suck her nose, I use saline drops, baby Vics, & she had a decongestant that she takes. The mucus is so thick it won’t suck out anymore, I had to suck it out of the back of her throat last night so she could breath. Anything else I could try to break up the congestion to suck it out of her? She seems happy as can be, you’d never guess she’s sick. But it’s just so terrible to listen to her try to breath ☹️☹️☹️
