Baby’s Head Measuring Behind

Hey everyone. Has anyone had their anatomy scan and the baby’s head measure in the 50-60 percentile and then go for another one (I had mine at 32 weeks) and now the head is measuring in the less than 3 percentile. My doctor says not too worry but kind of hard not to. Wondering if any other mama have been through this and give some advice. Thank you!

Also note that everything else is measuring perfectly. And he weighs 4.5lbs so everything else looks great just his head is so far behind.
