Was baby quieter before labor?

My mom is convinced that babies become quieter before labor starts and has to ask me everyday about his movements because of it🤣

No this is a myth, if your baby's movements decrease you need to go be seen by your provider ASAP.

My third was BUT ONLY because he had a true knot that was getting compressed by prodromal labor.  His movements slowed for a bad reason.
