Red clover for ttc?

Can you use red clover supplement to help with fertility? I have slightly low estrogen levels but my periods have been regular. Red online that red clover can help increase estrogen levels but im unsure if it works and is safe for ttc? Any input is helpful

I would ask your doctor about this. You have to be really careful with something like that because if your estrogen levels are too high, your body will not ovulate. The drop in estrogen is what signals to the body it’s time to ovulate
