For the past 3 days ive been have very strong pain on my left side abdomen, and spotting for those 3 days. Yesterday night i was nauseous and in pain. Today during the afternoon i passed this. Can someone please tell me what is it??

I’m not sure but either way that is definitely a large thing to pass and I’d definitely see a doctor and show them this picture just to be safe

I have Been getting this since I was 11 to 12 weeks I'm now 22 weeks and is still happening I have been in and out of hospital but everything is fine with baby hope. Everything Is okay with you

If you actually had a positive pregnancy test it is possible

If you had a positive test it’s possible. Please call your dr though because if you don’t get everything cleared or if any part stays it can be dangerous.
