Cycle question

Okay guys, I have a normal cycle every month. I normally ovulate between cycle day 12-13. I am on cycle day 20 today and I have been cramping like I’m on the first day of my period. So much that I had to take Tylenol. What could be going on? I’ve never experienced this before. LMP was June 17th.
