Do you believe in life after death or a afterlife?

If yes what do you believe, do you believe we go to either heaven or hell based off our actions on earth? Do you believe in reincarnation as another human or animal? Do you believe we become spirits that wonder this earth? Do you believe we upgrade to another planet and solar system in the universe? Or what do you believe?

My mom always taught us that we die and then turn into trees, then I became an atheist as a teen, then believed in not having labels in my 20s and now and forever (after much confusion, life experiences and research) will 100% believe in Jesus and that there is definitely a Heaven and Hell.

None of that stuff makes much sense to me so I don’t see the need for that kind of reasoning. I have no idea what happens to us but I imagine we just.. stop

I believe in energy. I dont know what happens. I wont know until it does, if at all. I do not care to believe in any specific religion, god, or heavan and hell.

I believe in God. That being said, there is still much that is unclear to me about our "afterlives". What I do believe though, is that we get to heaven based on our personal relationships with God and being saved.

I believe we already are spirits in bodies made for Earth and when we die our spirit leaves the body and we go somewhere else. There's several books and documentaries on people who have died and been revived. I don't mean hearsay, I mean doctors confirmed that they were dead. All of these people have similar stories and it confirms my thoughts. I wish I could remember the names, but my memory is not great.

I used to think it was just a human coping mechanism, because it was to hard to accept we are just… nothing after death.
But then we had an amazing incident happen, and I now believe that the soul does live on after leaving our earthly vessels.
My grandmother was dying, she wasn’t expected to last much longer. My mom was by her side 24/7.  She took a small break to go to the supermarket, only gone for 20 min.
The hospice nurse stayed, and greeted my mom at the door as she returned. She said my grandmother just left and before she departed, she said ‘Howard, is that you?’
Howard was my grandfather who passed 10 years prior. My grandmother hadn’t spoken a coherent sentence in months.
My mom was distressed that she wasn’t there, and felt terrible for leaving. But the nurse stopped her and gently said that the dying wait for you to leave for the soul to depart, because they don’t want to leave you. 
I’ve had other incidents as well, some too painful to share… but this incident is really what helped define what I believe.

I can remember some of my past lives, glimpses of them. I can't prove it but I believe I'm right that they are my soul's memories. I think I have been a human woman many thousands of times, as this soul. But I also believe that all our souls come from a source which is powering our souls, and our souls will eventually return to the source and bring all their memories and experiences with them. This is how the infinite being experiences anything, by making itself finite and mortal for moment, having physical experiences that it could not have without being embodied. We're all part of a whole and our experiences add the type of knowledge that you can only get through experience to a being that knows everything else besides experience. I am not sure if everyone has repeated human lives or if they are sometimes other animals or plants. I may have been a plant before or another animal or a being from another planet. I only remember and have a sense of human female lives though. Maybe depending on what our soul's mission is, what we had planned to experience, we will choose a body that fits that objective.
