I didn’t know anything about BLW, and I started giving my daughter purees at 6 months. She is 8 months now and i’ve been trying to give her table food, and she will touch it with her fingers and make a face and won’t bother with it again, she won’t even touch her puff snacks or the purees if I place some in-front if her.

She doesn’t grab her own food, and when I do get the food in her mouth, she’ll gag on it ( which I know is normal) and then throw it up every single time.

It’s super frustrating for me because I feel like she’s behind but I know every baby is different.

Does anybody have any tips on how to get her to eat the food and start eating by herself? What the best starting foods are?
