Help!

My 7 week old baby will not nap anywhere but on me. As soon as I put him down on his crib he wakes up or if I wait long enough until he’s in deep sleep he will wake just after a few minutes. I’ve read tons of articles on this topic and I understand baby wants to be held and feel protected and I have no problem holding my baby all day long but I want to know if there is something I can do to teach him his crib is a safe place where he can sleep. I try everyday to put him down several times a day.

Nights are great, I put him down in his playard and falls asleep and does not wake up.
