OPK & BBT Trouble

Rae

Backstory:

Diagnosed with PCOS at 19 (now 27).

I was on bc for 2 cycles (last cycle came on without me taking the pills) in an attempt to regulate my cycles, so hubby & I could restart trying for miracle #2. After my cycle ended June 11th I started taking a prenatal, along with a myo- & d-chiro- inositol supplement with vitex. I also take metformin (500mg 3x a day) & baby aspirin.

My cycle came on its own for a regular total of 28 days in my cycle, which is a complete miracle as the shortest my cycles have averaged is 32 days!

Current Moment:

Is there anything I could add to increase my chances? When I got pregnant with my son we didn't think I could get pregnant due to being told by a dr. They increased my meds at that time from metformin (extended release) 500mg 1x a day to metformin (extended release) 1500mg 1x a day & didn't tell me I may get pregnant that way. Heck, I didn't even know I was ovulating, which is also the case now. I feel that OPKs & BBT stress me out & make me feel anxious about things my body may or may not be doing & I also have inconsistent sleep due to having a toddler. I came across OvaBoost, but wasn't sure if it would be safe to take that alongside my other inositol supplement since OvaBoost also has myo-inositol.

Is there anything else I can do?
