I’m embarrassed... no sex drive

My sex drive is nonexistent. I no longer have the urge to masturbate, watch porn, have sex or anything. Even while in a relationship. I always thought it was because I was too tired but I don’t think that’s the reason anymore. I was on birth control 2 years ago and i hated it. I was only on it for two months. But it was two months of HELL. I was so emotional, cramping bad when I would never get cramps, ect. To this day I still cramp, when I never had period cramps, also I spot like everyday for a week until my period comes on.

Is there anything I can do? I thought about getting back on birth control but I don’t think that will solve anything.
