In/Out Nausea
I'm 7w6d and expected nausea to be in full swing, especially since finding out I'm carrying twins! However, it's been pretty on/ off and what I would consider mild. Should I be concerned? I have a follow up appointment Friday, but when I wake up feeling energized I get nervous!
