Boyfriend doesn't seem to want to talk to me

I've been texting my boyfriend and he seems to be pulling away from me. The last couple days he hasn't really wanted to talk to me and he blew up on me an hour ago. He's getting adopted by his foster family and when I asked if I could come to his adoption and yelled not to bring it up and hung up on me. I tried asking if everything was okay through text and he replied with 👍. Idk what to do...
