Eczema body wash for baby

Can someone recommend a good body wash for my 2 y/o. She is getting really bad eczema. Thank you!!!

So I actually have eczema and I use this, plus the Aveeno skin relief body wash. They also make an oatmeal bath that I use when it gets really bad. Make sure you’re not using anything with a scent including laundry soap

I use dove sensitive skin for all my kids, two have eczema fairly bad. After baths and everyday I lotion them up with Eucerin advanced repair cream

I highly recommend the entire Vanicream line. We do their soap bar and moisturizer and it’s made a world of difference! My son had really bad eczema (flare ups every week), and his allergist recommended the Vanicream line. As soon as we started using it we noticed such a difference. My son has two different steroid ointment prescriptions and we’ve only used it once since starting Vanicream back in February. Before then we were using the ointment weekly because that was the only way to clear up his eczema. Now it’s so rare for him to get a flare up and it’s no where near as bad as it was before.

My daughter has such bad eczema. I have tried so much stuff to help her. What I noticed the most was baths or just even playing in water dried her skin out. So I try to use Aveeno baby wash and then find lotions that are creamy instead of watery.
