I get anxiety when im in a hot asss room

I will stay awake the whole time mad as hell.
My AC stays on 65 ain’t no turning that bih off!! AND I got an industrial fan in my room. Once you cut it on you can hear it in the whole house 😂😂😂.
My husband sleeps in a hoodie. I feel so bad because he likes heat but the kids and I cannot sleep in heat. At all.

Nah. You get used to it. We've never had AC. A fan in an open window works just as well.

In the UK most houses don’t have AC its a nightmare when its hot over here
