Clearblue advanced digital tests?

This is my first cycle using digital tests to track ovulation, is it normal to have this many high days until you get a peak? I’m using up the rest of my strips as well and none of the test line got darker to show I’m almost reaching my surge, what is the difference between them? Bc to be honest i just thought the smile faces were for easier readings 😅 I know the flash smile means estrogen was detected but no lh surge, is this the only difference so that’s why my strips aren’t getting darker?
