HCG is 11

Please help!!

My first HCG levels are 11, I go for my second draw tomorrow (Friday) at 2:30.

But my situation is very different.

I had my period May 28-June 1st.

Then my period was 7 days late (pregnancy test daily were all negative.)

AF came July 4th-8th.

On July 13th I started spotting. Which I never ever do- I’m an RN so my nurse brain went to “implantation bleeding” but even then that didn’t make sense because I just had my period.

So my husband wanted me to humor him, and take a pregnancy test-I did and it was blatantly positive, so then I took two with the clear blue digital tests-and both said pregnant, we’ve been trying to conceive for three months so I was so excited.

But I’ve continued to spot since then (3 full days total) just when I wipe, not enough to fill a liner or anything. I dont have any cramping (maybe one mild mild mild cramp every day) and I just feel kind of bloated.

My HCG levels were 11 yesterday but since I just had a period July 4-8 nothing makes sense??? I have no idea how “far along” I would be because of that. I know I just need to wait for my repeat HCG tomorrow but since tomorrow is Friday I probably won’t get any answers until Monday and that just makes me so anxious.

Has anyone else experienced this?? As a nurse my mind always goes to the worst case scenario.

I’m thinking ectopic pregnancy, chemical pregnancy etc. 😞

Can someone ease my mind or validate my worries? I’m at a loss 😭
