Sex? I guess

So my man is always mad at me now because he wants to have sex but I’m just not interested in it anymore. Like I feel dirty just thinking about it. Which is weird since I’m 12 weeks pregnant with 2 other kids. But he is always accusing me of cheating because I never wanna do anything anymore. I rarely did before I go pregnant and I don’t want to now at all. Why am I like this? My sex drive is still there I just feel gross and uncomfortable with it.
