Partner fear with twinsies

Crystal

OK multi mommies I need some advice from an outside source. So my husband and I have even married for 10 years and this pregnancy is not our first rodeo but it is our first multiple experience. So my husband and I have a very highly communitive relationship we talk about everything and I mean everything no such thing as stupid conversation in our opinion. So my honey yesterday started talking about his fears since delivery is coming up if you believe statistics 33-35 weeks is average for twins well I'm at 31. He is very afraid something could happen to me during delivery . I have tried to put his mind at ease he has talked to the doctor I have shown him facts and statistics showing something happening is slim. But I can't seem to help ease his mind. His fear is legitimate his cousin passed away last year from an embolism due to complications of delivery. So my question is how do you put your partners mind at ease without making them feel like your blowing it off or not taking it seriously.
