Exercing during pregnancy
So im trying not to eat tgat much watch what i eat during my pregnancy… i am already 165 pounds😞 i gave birth to my 1st child on September 25, 2020 and i was 130 pounds before i got pregnant now i am 165 because i didnt watch what i ate and exercised before i got pregnant with this one ..now i regret it and feel so ugly and heavy and feel overweight about myself. Im out of shape and fat . What can i eat and do to make my weight balance and wont go over 200 pounds my pregnancy ?😔 because i am tryinf to avoid being 200 pounds. Help
