Urge to pee?

Hey y’all some of this may be TMI- I feel like I have to pee all the time but only a little bit comes out. I also have a lot of clear discharge, is this normal for 20 weeks??

I am 16 weeks and have this. It is constant. Sometimes I am going to the loo 40 times a day & it might only be a trickle! I also go many times in the night.
Check for a UTI infection just in case but otherwise it’s a combo of pregnancy hormones & an overactive bladder :(

Is the pee/vagina smelly ? If it is it can be bv or a uti

It could be baby pressing hard against your bladder, does it get better if you lay down?

I'm 25 weeks and I pee all the time. It never hurts and I was checked earlier in the week - no UTI - but sometimes I feel so desperate and the tiniest trickle comes out.
