Heavy kicking and arm flailing while sleeping
My LO is 12 weeks old. The past week, her reflexes while sleeping are so strong, she always wakes up crying. It will continue for a good 10-20minutes, 2-3 times a night, and we have rock her back to sleep. She has been wearing the zip swaddle but we have to start swaddling her back tightly like a newborn. Is this a phase or is it something to worry about?
