Yeah the strips will help a lot, still you’d want to try to bd every other day and the day you detect your surge but I’ve heard the 3 days leading up to ovulation is your best chance. Far as spotting, that’s hard because technically yes, but implantation bleeding is not as common as people try to make it seem. Some women may experience it, others wont. I personally haven’t, cramps with no period were always my only symptoms but my friend did have implantation bleeding with her first, she thought it was a period but questioned how light it was and tested and got a bfp. I as well known some to bleed like a period and continue to go on to have healthy pregnancy. I’d say at this point if you have a spare and want to, it wouldn’t hurt to take a test to officially ease your mind!

Just going off the calendar! I ended up buying some ovulation strips to use for my next cycle though has anyone ever gotten spotting but then found out they were pregnant? Or am I pretty much doomed 😂
