Clean up after baby dance?

Is there anything safe to use while ttc to clean up after your significant other finishes inside you? I use the restroom after and try to push out as much as i can, if i’m even supposed to do that or leave it in? But I get an odd smell and yeast infection like discharge every time and i hate it so much. Ive tried washes meant specifically for the vaginal area and i of course wash externally but somehow i still catch a bad case of a yeast infection so i gave up using them. I know douching isnt the best idea, i take probiotics, idk what else to do seems him finishing always throws off my ph balance 😒
