Weight loss

So I’ve cut out soda completely and I’ve been making healthier food choices and eating less and trying to work out every day I can but I just feel like nothing is happing I know it takes time, but I’m going on vacation in September and I’d love to feel comfortable in my swim suit. What else can I do. Also does anyone notice a difference.
