Need reassurance please !! TUBAL LIGATION PANIC 😱

I got a tubal ligation about 2 weeks ago. Went to follow up check out… everything was fine. This past weekend I noticed I feel cramping in the areas (and uterus) were the filshie clips were placed. Sorta like a slight “tugging “ sensation and bloating. I have not had my period yet, and honestly if I sit here and think about it too long, I make myself nauseous or paranoid lol 😅. I have been having sex and their is no bleeding but I do feel a bit sore. (Figure since I haven’t been active after surgery) Just wondering if this is “normal” or if any of you ladies can relate.
