How high were your hcg levels early on with multiples?

Just was curious of those mamas that had multiples with their pregnancies. Do you know what your levels were early on? I'm 6w4d today and my hcg levels just came back at 135,000. I feel like this high for how early I am? I go for an early ultrasound tomorrow for something unrelated but I guess we'll see

HCG doesn't mean anything. Low or high, it isn't an indication of multiples. You could have 130 with quads or 14,000 with just one.

I had really low HCG at the beginning of my pregnancy, to the point that I and my doctor thought I would miscarry. Then at 6 weeks my ultrasound showed identical twins. HCG levels do not indicate twins at all.

Well there is a potential it is twins. I had my ultrasound this morning and we saw one baby but what could possibly have been a second yolk sac.  They want me to have a formal ultrasound through radiology so gonna wait for that to be scheduled
