Both embryos came back aneuploid

Karolina

Hey ladies, I really hope you are all doing well on this difficult journey. I just wanted to ask for some advice. I recently went through my second round of IVF (following a miscarriage and failed FET in my first round last year). I had one failed fresh transfer. We did PGT-A on our 2 remaining embryos and unfortunately both came back as aneuploid. I’m lost as to what should be our next steps now. I am 38 years old, but I have still got a decent egg reserve (my antral follicle count last year was 21). I was also a good responder during both rounds and have always had a good trilaminar lining of 11mm and above. I have been diagnosed with blood clotting issues, antinuclear antibodies, thyroid peroxidase antibodies, MTHFR and high level on Natural Killer cells. My husband’s motility and morphology was on a slightly lower side last year but with supplements and lifestyle changes they have since improved and are now in normal ranges. We had good fertilisation rate with ICSI (100 percent). Last round I have tried Lovenox (blood thinners), Prednisolone, Intralipid Infusions, Lubion, acupuncture. I’m lost as to what we should do next. I would appreciate any advice and recommendation from anybody that had similar issues. Also if anybody could recommend a good clinic in Europe I would be very grateful. Thank you so much ladies and sending you all my love ❤️❤️❤️.
