Is it normal to be this tired when I wake up? Hasn’t been a full month since fixing my sleep schedule
It’s been about 23 days since I started waking up at 7am and going to bed before 12am. On weekends my body has started naturally waking up at 7am and then 8am if I go back to sleep. My body has started getting tired around 2-5pm as well. For 3 years I would go to bed at 3-7am and wake up anywhere from 12:30 to 3:30pm. So it’s been a huge change for my body I’m sure. Today I woke up at 6:30 and just kinda snoozed til my alarm. Got up fine and about 2 minutes later I felt a little tired like I could just go back to sleep and around end of work day I start to feel tired a bit. Is this normal? I do have hypothyroid so part of me is worried that could be the issue
