Just wondered if anyone else had the same?

Had an internal scan today at 4 weeks 5 days. It was for a fertility assessment that we had booked before we fell pregnant naturally. I told the lady who scanned me that I’m newly pregnant and know that nothing will more than likely show up on the scan. She said my lining looked nice and thick which was reassuring, she had some issues finding my left ovary and then she said she could see a sac of blood and that I will most likely start spotting soon. After 5 previous early losses I’m freaking out. Has anyone else ever had this? The only cramps I have been getting are more like constipation/gas cramps and I’ve had slight backache for a few days. I’ve been having a slight pulling sensation around my belly button also. Test every morning as I’m understandably paranoid and test looked good this morning. I just don’t want to lose this one😣
