Anyone else on strict bed rest?

Question

4 weeks already (started at 10w) and I’m supposed to be on bed rest until the baby comes (due in January 22). Has anyone else been put on bed rest? I feel like I’m the only one in this situation :( 
Meanwhile I can’t help but cry every time I see all my pregnant friends showing their pretty bump at the beach. Dont get me wrong I’m happy for them but I feel that I deserve that too.

I had an emergency cerclage placed at 16 weeks. My water bag was bulging and on the verge of breaking. I was put on strict bed and pelvic rest after the procedure! My cervix was very short. 2 cm after the cerclage. 
The bed rest was to ensure the stitch held! So far so good. I’m 32 weeks. My cervix was measuring 1 cm 2 weeks. I have an appointment tomorrow to reevaluate bed rest. My doctor is happy we have made it this far and would like me to have a “normal” pregnancy for a little bit. We are reevaluating pelvic rest at 34 weeks. 
I’m so hopeful to have that bit of “normalcy”. I totally get how you feel seeing others enjoying dressing cute and going out. 
It’s been tough feeling like I’m not contributing in any way. No work. No cleaning (I do a little here and there bc my husband can’t do everything). No sex 😢. I just sit around like a bum. I’ve lost all my muscles. It’s been a long 16 weeks. 
BUT I’d do it all over again! I’m so thankful my little girl has been growing healthy this long! My husband has been a champ (doing all the housework and working a full-time and part-time job and taking care of me/baby). ❤️

Omg that sounds awful.. why are you on bedrest the entire time?

Yes I’m 10+1 put on BR too for a SCH and because I’ve had 4 MC and I’m 40, and have been spotting since 5+3. I was put on BR officially at 6+2. I’m going CRAZY already, I don’t know how you have made it so far but yep I’m right here with ya!
