Worried please help …

So according to this app and the first day of my last period I should be 6 weeks and 4 days. I went to the er yesterday for bad back pain and some cramping. I’ve had two miscarriages in the past. They said they say a g sac but no fetal pole and measured me to be 5 weeks and 6 days. My hcg levels were 25,290. I’m freaking out right now. I have not even seen or spoken to an obgyn and they don’t seem to take my miscarriages seriously. I’m so stressed and freaking out. Has anyone else been through this?
