Swimming and peeing myself at 23 weeks
After awhile of swimming I can’t control my bladder. I’ll get out of the pool and I’ll be peeing myself and I can’t stop it. I’ve worried thinking it was my water but it’s happened on several occasions so I don’t think so. Why does this happen? Alsssooo, I lightly dive into the side of the pool as gentle as I can, but never on diving board. Would you say this is okay? Trying to teach my son how to dive. I skip the whole jumping part.
