Is this mole concerning?

I’ve always had this mole on my back, is has never changed, grew or looked any different than this. I noticed one time maybe a year or so ago, it hurt, and went away within the day. Today I noticed it hurt to touch and then that went away as well. I read that cancer usually doesn’t cause pain and could just be the skin under it that irritated, I do lay in a heating pad frequently due to a bad back.

This doesn’t look concerning to me but wanted some opinions.
