Best idea ever for humid nights uk
Based in the uk im not used to such hit weather and heat during the night . My fan doesn't seem to keep me cool so . I placed my hot water bottle in the freezer 4 hours b4 bed and i slept much easier as i wasn't over heating. Didn't know if anyone else might like an idea like this if struggling also . Xx
