my recommendation (as someone who was a heavy heavy smoker/nic addict lol), try to make smoking as inconvenient as possible for you. mix up your routine, leave your cigarettes in the car when you get home, even only keeping a shitty lighter out lol. i officially stopped smoking at about 12wks, gave birth to a very healthy and chunky boy.
