800mg of ibuprofen while breastfeeding?

I am 6 days pp with a second degree tear. Some of my stitches popped open and I have a small open area that burns sooo bad. I called my doctor’s office who cannot get me in until Friday. I asked what to do in the meantime and the Nurse said to take 800mg of ibuprofen for the pain and keep the area clean.

The pain is so bad 400mg did nothing to help. Wondering if anyone has taken 800mg while breastfeeding? I hate that I cannot talk to my doctor until Friday 😞
