Difference in pregnancies

I know every pregnancies are different but for those who have had both boys and girls, did you find your third or more pregnancies were similar to the previous ones and came out the same gender? Like, if you had sickness with your boy, not with your girl, but your third pregnancy you had sickness and was also a boy?
