Had sex at 4am I’m also really constipated so I just pooped and forced it out and had this when I wiped my vagina.

Between the fact that you had sex and strained to use the restroom, I definitely think it’s normal. I’ve been constipated my entire pregnancy 🙄 and always have more discharge after straining to go. (And after sex!)

It’s because there is a lot of blood flow in your cervix due to being pregnant so straining can cause some light bleeding.
