To those who were told that they are already dilated 1 cm or so- did you ever feel intense pelvic pressure followed by a pinching sensation in your cervix? I have had Braxton Hicks on and off but now the pressure from his head feels so intense at times and I get a pinching feeling- not at all like lightning crotch- followed by more mucus. I’ve had 2 other kids and never really went through this with them. I didn’t really dilate at all until I was in full labor with them, 0 to 100, but it feels different this time.
