Help!! Are these bites!?

There are several bites all over my son including in his hair and down his body. We just moved to a new state and I have no clue what these are considering we’ve never had this issue. Thanks

How old is your baby ? They could be bites or if your child is getting sweaty at night or well they sleep could also be baby acne.

Those look like mosquito bites (hopefully!) 
Just wipe him/her down with a dryer sheet and that’ll keep them away! 
That’s what my southern mom did growing up so maybe look into other options because o don’t know if it’s 100% safe.

They look like baby acne to me, especially the second picture. Maybe try a mosquito net over baby's crib and lighter nighttime clothing like a simple onesie. They could be getting too hot and sweaty at night and that can cause baby acne.
