Yes it can change, there's other factor that can affect your luteal phase such as stress and exercise.

Your luteal phase (from ovulation to AF) should be somewhere between 10-14 days and will usually be close to the same for you each cycle, give or take a day. Mine is usually 10 days when I’m breastfeeding and 11-12 days when I’m not. If it is not consistent, there is likely a reason for that (hormones, cysts, etc). 
Your follicular phase (before ovulation) can vary greatly and is more easily impacted by external factors like stress, sickness, exercise, travel, etc.
