Waking up 5 times in the night like a newborn. Sleep regression or growth spurt?

You guys I'm so annoyed.
My 3 month old usually wakes up only twice for a feeding in the middle of the night. Last night I got up 4 times! And actually he woke up an hour after he went to bed crying! He never ever does that. Wondering if anyone else is going through something similar? Of course it'll pass. But even his naps are shotty!

My son went through his 4-month sleep regression early so maybe that’s what’s going on with your LO?

Sleep regression probably
My boys nights havnt been effected but his days he used to sleep great and now he wakes every 30-45 minutes and screams and can’t be resettled. He used to nap (1.5-2 hours). 
And he wakes up 45 minutes after I put him down at night and screams and takes a while to resettle him.
