First pregnancy test

Hey guys so my period is 20 days late so I went and got a pregnancy test. I’m guessing the reason it’s late is might be from my life style changes and stress since I started my first job but i just wanted to make sure. So.. I’m not sure if I’m doing it right? I first put 1 droplet of my urine and it immediately( a few seconds) shows 1 red line there. Since it says to put 3 droplets of urine then I added a few more droplets and went for a shower, came back to check after 10 mins and it showed this. Does this really mean that I’m not pregnant?
