I’m moving states pretty soon but I still have 6 months of my lease left. My apartment says I can’t buy out of my lease and they do not sub-lease. I don’t have the money to pay off the rest of the lease but I have a friend that’s wants to take over my apartment but I don’t want to get in trouble with my apartment people.

Any advice on what to do? I really don’t want to mess up my rental history 😫
