No ovulation but bleeding?

Hi,

I just want a bit of help to figure out what’s going on with my body right now.

18months TTC, second cycle on Letrozole and metformin since being diagnosed with PCOS.

Last month I ovulated fine, this month my day 23 blood test showed I didn’t ovulate - it’s not day 28 and I’m bleeding.

Is this my period and a new cycle (do I start letrozole again) or is this something different?

Should I be going to my doctor?

I’ve never had this happen so I’m just a bit confused.
