Start of a miscarriage ?

Here’s a back story, I found out I was pregnant last week and went to my OB Wednesday and that done an hCG test and it was only 58 meaning I was either really early or the numbers not progressing, well I woke up from a late nap and wiped and seen this. I have slight cramping but nothing just serious I’m waiting on the results from my hCG test today to see if my numbers doubled but haven’t received them yet help please

No one can say if your miscarrying except a doctor. Unfortunately you'll just have to wait to see if bleeding gets worse or your numbers go up

I had a miscarriage my first pregnancy and then with my daughter, I had spotting on and off and it turned out to be a small subchorionic hemorrhage. I understand how scary it is! We can’t tell if you’re having a miscarriage or not, but try to relax and know that it might be just fine. I hope you get the results back soon and that everything is ok! 💕

Spotting and cramps are normal in the first trimester but nobody would know why your HCG levels are at that level. Wait for the results, don’t jump to conclusions just yet and relax. I know it can be stressful but just try to wait it out till you get your results
