I went for my first ultrasound at 9 weeks and 4 days(ultrasound said 9 weeks and 3 days) and I did get enough information from the ultrasound tech, baby was there and a healthy yolk sac, but she couldn’t detect a heart beat. Hours later I went to the doctors to get more information and they told me I’m having a miscarriage. Today I would have been 10

Weeks and 2 days I’m not experiencing pain just cramps and my pregnancy symptoms seem to have gotten worse (extremely sore boobs and unstoppable vomiting)

I haven’t had any bleeding yet, I want to believe the doctors words but I can’t bring myself to think the baby is actually gone. I don’t know what to do. Is it possible it might still be there?
