Upper abdomen pain

Has anyone ever felt this pain right underneath the breast? I massaged it and it soften up a lot so pain didn’t last a while! I’m currently 19w2d and now I feel a lot of discomfort in my hip and lower abdomen!

Also note that’s I didn’t really have much water today! But I didn’t have a lot of other fluids! Also been traveling and caught two flights today! I’m so exhausted and my body feels so uncomfortable and stiff!

Ultrasound of the baby this morning! Strong heartbeat! And looking healthy!
